The status of a guidance response. This code system defines the following codes:

Code Display Definition
success Success The request was processed successfully.
data-requested Data Requested The request was processed successfully, but more data may result in a more complete evaluation.
data-required Data Required The request was processed, but more data is required to complete the evaluation.
in-progress In Progress The request is currently being processed.
failure Failure The request was not processed successfully.
entered-in-error Entered In Error The response was entered in error.
